How does Washae work?

Using Washae is straightforward! Simply select the service and choose the dates for the collection & delivery. You can also add requests to your laundry or use the default settings.

What services does Laundryheap provide?

How long before I get my laundry?

We let our customers choose how quickly they want their laundry done. We will always do our best to make sure we delivery on time. If you have any specific time requests you can always reach out to us.

What happens after you take my laundry?

Our team initiates the inventory process with your order at our office and prepares it for cleaning. You can view updates on the Washae app to keep upto date with the current status of your laundry.

How much does Rinse cost?

Our services and costs are transparent and we include no hidden on or extra costs. Customers will always see the exact figures before requesting. You can also use the laundry calculator for estimates.

What locations do you service?

We currently operate ONLY in Massachusetts. However we are planning to expand our service area quickly.
